HR Generalist (m/f/d)

AxiioTek

The Role
We are supporting a growing and internationally active Pro AV systems integrator, delivering complex audio-visual and workplace technology solutions across enterprise environments.

As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to hire an HR Generalist to play a key role in supporting both day-to-day HR operations and the wider employee experience.

This is a hands-on, visible position where you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, while acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers. You will also support payroll coordination, HR administration, and contribute to ongoing improvements in HR processes and practices.

Alongside operational responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to broader HR initiatives, including organisational development, performance management, and talent-related projects within a fast-paced, project-driven business.

Key Skills
You will bring solid experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a technical, engineering, or project-led environment. Experience supporting payroll processes or working closely with payroll teams would be beneficial.

You are confident advising employees and managers on HR topics, with a strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation. A proactive, service-oriented mindset is key, along with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple priorities are essential. Fluency in German and English is required.

Benefits
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation where people are at the centre of the business. You’ll be part of a team that values continuous improvement, professional development, and a positive working culture.

The role offers flexible working, including hybrid options, along with a competitive salary and benefits package. You’ll have access to ongoing learning and development opportunities, wellbeing initiatives, and a supportive environment that encourages both personal and professional growth.

We look forward to your application!
