The Role
We’re supporting a leading AV rental and live events business delivering technical production solutions across corporate events, exhibitions, and large-scale live environments.
As Logistics Controller, you’ll sit at the centre of operations, making sure equipment, transport, and materials are planned and delivered accurately and on time.
You’ll work closely with warehouse teams, project managers, and technicians to ensure every project is properly resourced from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate equipment for live events and AV productions
- Manage transport scheduling for deliveries and collections
- Oversee stock levels and equipment availability across projects
- Work with project managers to ensure full logistical alignment
- Coordinate external suppliers and rental partners when required
- Support warehouse operations and preparation of equipment
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all assets
Key Skills & Experience
- Background in logistics, operations, or event/AV production support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs
- Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments
- Confident communicator across internal teams and suppliers
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems (advantageous)
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
