We are partnered with a global client specialising in large-scale fixed installations. They are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to assist in leading the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all support teams to enhance project efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with numerous teams across the globe
- Strategize to refine current processes and streamline units
- Design and monitor KPI’s to ensure productivity and optimal performance
- Optimise logistic methods and storage, plus inventory and assets
- Promote digitalisation and alignment across the business
- Ensure project success and aim for future growth
- Continually strive to improve the business and its processes
- Motivate and inspire your team whilst offering personal development opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven track-record in a similar “Head of” role
- Experience with large-scale projects, fixed installations and/or constructions
- Ability to manage KOL’s and work in a matrix structure
- Knowledge and experience with digitalisation methodologies and implantations
- Strong communication skills with a strategic mindset
- Excellent leadership skills
