We are seeking a skilled AV Technician to support the setup, operation, and maintenance of video conferencing, meeting room, and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth AV experiences for meetings, corporate events, and hybrid conferences.
You will work closely with IT, facilities, and event teams to ensure that video, audio, and control systems perform reliably and deliver a professional experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, projectors, displays, sound systems, and meeting room technology
- Support hybrid meetings and events, ensuring AV systems integrate seamlessly with platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Webex
- Conduct regular testing, calibration, and preventative maintenance of AV equipment
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrades of meeting room AV technology
- Work closely with IT, facilities, and event teams to support large-scale events or corporate meetings
- Provide technical support during live events, including issue resolution under time-sensitive conditions
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of AV equipment and software configurations
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with meeting room AV systems and video conferencing technology
- Familiarity with projectors, displays, audio systems, control systems, and hybrid conferencing platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
- Experience supporting live events, meetings, or hybrid conferences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of networked AV systems is a plus

- Familiarity with scheduling and remote management tools for meeting rooms
