Our client is looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in live entertainment, concerts, and touring productions who can combine technical know-how with commercial understanding and confident project leadership.
In this role, you will lead the technical planning and delivery of live productions, manage budgets and tenders, coordinate service providers and crews, and act as a key interface between all project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Technical concept development, planning, and implementation of concerts, tours, and comparable productions
- Budgeting, cost control, and commercial project calculations
- Preparation of venue, hall, and seating plans
- Management and comparison of tenders and supplier quotations
- Coordination with clients, artists, and external partners
- Support in personnel scheduling and cross-functional project coordination
- Participation in regular internal meetings and project reviews

Your profile
- Qualification as a Master of Event Technology desirable
- Strong industry experience in concerts and touring
- Experience in technical tenders
- Experience leading service providers, trades, and crews
- Good MS Office and Vectorworks skills
- Fluent English and German
