We are working with a global leading systems integrator delivering advanced AV and workplace technology solutions across enterprise and commercial environments.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Frankfurt team, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex AV integration projects.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard, working closely with engineering, sales, and operational teams across multiple enterprise deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AV projects from design through to completion and handover
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple projects
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and contractual requirements
- Oversee system commissioning, testing, and project delivery phases
- Manage project financials including forecasting, invoicing, and variations
- Oversee AV integration into enterprise environments (hardware + software)
- Work with technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, and AMX
- Support UC platforms including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, and Webex
- Maintain full project documentation and reporting throughout lifecycle
- Support pre-tender meetings with sales and estimating teams
Your Profile
- Experience in AV systems, integration, or technical project delivery
- Strong understanding of AV design, signal flow, and system integration
- Hands-on exposure to Crestron / Extron / Q-SYS / Biamp / AMX
- Experience with enterprise UC platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex)
- Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-focused, organised, and solution-oriented
