technology projects – from technical concept development and budgeting through to flawless execution on site. This is a role for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial awareness, strong coordination skills, and a clear focus on client success.
Your responsibilities
- Independently plan, manage, and deliver event technology projects
- Develop technical concepts for business events, conferences, and corporate productions
- Prepare project budgets and plan material, staffing, and operational resources
- Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, and external service providers
- Take ownership of quality, deadlines, and commercial performance
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, venues, and project partners throughout the full project lifecycle
- Carry out project controlling, post-project cost reviews, and continuous improvements
- Ensure professional, safe, and smooth event delivery on site
What you bring
- Completed vocational training as an Event Technology Specialist or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the events industry, ideally in project management or technical planning
- Strong understanding of event technology and production workflows
- A structured, independent, and responsible way of working
- Commercial awareness and a practical, solution-focused mindset
- Strong client orientation and a professional presence
- Experience with planning tools such as Easyjob would be an advantage
