We are looking for an experienced Pro Audio Sales Specialist with a strong background in live sound to join a leading audio Manufacturer. This role is focused on consultative sales of professional audio solutions for live applications, including concerts, festivals, touring productions, venues, theatres, and event companies.
The ideal candidate combines technical live sound knowledge with commercial awareness and enjoys working closely with clients to specify and deliver the right audio solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Sell professional live sound solutions to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from needs analysis and system design through quotation, negotiation, and close
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
Technical Consultation
Advise clients on live sound system design and equipment selection, including:
- PA systems and loudspeakers
- Mixing consoles (FOH / monitors)
- Wireless systems and microphones
- Amplification, processing, and monitoring
- Work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to develop optimal solutions
- Support demos, product presentations, and on-site evaluations where required
Supplier & Market Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with key manufacturers and distributors
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and live sound products
- Represent the company at trade shows, demos, and industry events
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in pro audio sales or live sound engineering with commercial responsibility
- Strong hands-on knowledge of live sound systems and workflows
- Experience working with professional audio brands and manufacturers
- Confidence engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and customer accounts simultaneously

Nice to Have
- Background in live sound engineering (FOH, monitors, or systems tech)
- Existing network within the live events or touring industry
- Experience with large-scale PA systems and festival deployments
- AVIXA CTS or manufacturer certifications
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
