AxiioTek is currently partnering with a leading event solutions provider that is looking to strengthen its team with experienced professionals.

Your Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of complex event technology projects from concept through to delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing both technical and creative consultation
- Prepare and manage project budgets, quotations, and cost tracking
- Plan and coordinate resources including equipment, personnel, and logistics
- Lead and manage internal project teams as well as external partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Oversee on-site execution and act as the key contact for clients during live events
- Create and review detailed technical plans and documentation (including CAD/Vectorworks)
- Conduct project evaluations and ensure continuous improvement and quality assurance
- Contribute to the optimisation and development of internal processes and project structures
Your Profile
- Several years of experience (ideally 5+ years) in project management within event technology
- Relevant technical or commercial education, or a degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge across key areas of event technology (AV, lighting, audio, etc.)
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and project controlling
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software (e.g. Vectorworks)
- Strong communication skills with a high level of client focus
- Structured, independent, and entrepreneurial way of working
- Ability to remain calm under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with a professional and confident presence
- Fluent in German and good command of English
