We are looking for an experienced AV Technician to join a leading systems integrator at the customer’s location. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all audio-visual and conferencing technologies are operating seamlessly, delivering an excellent collaboration experience for users. You will work directly with end users, providing technical expertise and outstanding customer service.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a professional presence, and deep knowledge of AV and Cisco collaboration solutions. You will act as a trusted partner to both internal teams and customers, addressing issues, recommending improvements, and ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as an advocate for video collaboration solutions, ensuring consistent adoption and optimal performance.
- Support users with video conference bookings and system connections.
- Adhere to both client and company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and quick reference guides.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and scheduled system checks across all conference spaces.
- Configure and support VTC systems for remote connectivity, ensuring smooth audio, video, content sharing, and recording.
- Provide user training and concierge-style support for meetings and events.

Key Technical Responsibilities
You are expected to independently resolve standard AV support issues and assist with more complex troubleshooting when required. A solid understanding of collaboration technologies and AV environments is essential.
Technical Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience installing, supporting, and troubleshooting AV and video conferencing systems.
- Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, BlueJeans.
- Experience with Cisco, Poly, and other SIP/H323 endpoints.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and Zoom Rooms (including administration).
- Familiarity with room control systems and AV hardware (Crestron, Extron, etc.).
- Experience with Condeco or similar room booking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience delivering VIP-level support and white-glove services for executives and high-profile events.
