They are seeking a Solution Architect UCC (video/audio) to join the team and be committed to putting innovation at the forefront of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical workshops, support and guidance for customers
• Strategic reports on current and upcoming trends within UC to remain at the forefront of the market
• Work cross-functionally with sales and account management to understand clients needs
• Develop and maintain solutions to ensure execution of targets and customer success
• Design technology roadmaps with key stakeholders and maintain strong relationships
• Represent the company as the innovation and technology leader
• Serve as Tier 4 technical resource for customers, projects and pilot programmes

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience within UC/Audio-visual environment
• Strong communication skills and strategic mind-set
• Experience in a leadership role driving innovation within your team and with key clients
• ITIL foundation certificate (expert desirable)
• Fluent German and English
