The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in IP Phones and AV room systems to lead device sales initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). This role combines strategic business development, channel management, and technical solution selling. Ideal for a proactive, commercially driven individual with solid experience in the AV/UCC space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional strategies to grow the device business for IP Phones and meeting room solutions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors across the DACH region.
- Support local sales teams in opportunity development — including solution design, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Lead partner enablement activities such as sales workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Drive new business by identifying and onboarding new AV and IT channel partners.
- Manage proof-of-concept projects, ensuring successful conversion into long-term business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve revenue and growth targets while promoting the brand’s technology across the region.
Ideal Background
- Experience in selling AV devices or IP Phones, ideally from a vendor or channel background.
- Strong network within the DACH AV ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build relationships and sell through consultative engagement.
- Fluent in English & German
- Familiarity with the Microsoft collaboration ecosystem and knowledge of AI-based communication tools is advantageous.
