We are partnered with an exciting client who is a leader in audiovisual integration within Switzerland. For over 20 years they have been at the forefront of unified communications and conferencing solutions. They are now growing the team and seeking a Technician to join and deliver highly tailored solutions to a wide-range of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation and on-going support of audiovisual solutions
- Ensure systems are configured and commissioned for deployment, including pre-checks and inspections
- Deliver the solution according to the clients standard and understand the importance of their satisfaction
- On-call support (occasionally) for technical issues
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to allow for seamless integration and success
- Work both on-site and in the office
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as an AV Technician with a technical background
- Experience with LED walls, control systems and conferencing solutions
- Knowledge of Crestron, Extron, AMX etc.
- Strong IT skills with networking and AV-over-IP (desirable)
- Fluent French and English
- Swiss nationality or work permit
