We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician specializing in fixed Audio-Visual (AV) installations to support key enterprise customers across the Suisse romande region of Switzerland.
This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced AV systems including LED walls, professional display systems, and video conferencing solutions. The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-oriented, autonomous, and fluent in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission fixed AV systems, including:
- LED video walls and large-format displays
- Professional audio systems
- Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms)
- Control systems and signal distribution solutions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely
- Provide high-level technical support to enterprise clients
- Lead service interventions independently or as part of a project team
- Document interventions, system configurations, and service reports
- Support project managers during commissioning and handover phases
Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Proven experience in AV integration or service roles
- LED display systems
- AV over IP technologies
- Video conferencing systems
- Rack integration and cable management
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license
Nice to Have
- Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Extron, etc.)
- Basic networking knowledge (VLANs, switching, IP addressing)
- Experience working in enterprise or corporate environments
- German is a plus
