We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise audiovisual and collaboration solutions within a global business environment. This role combines technical AV expertise, client-facing engagement, and end-to-end project leadership across complex workplace and collaboration environments.
The Role
You will act as the primary AV subject matter expert, responsible for designing, delivering, and managing large-scale AV and unified communications projects.
Working closely with clients, IT teams, and integration partners, you will translate business requirements into scalable AV solutions and ensure successful delivery from concept through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AV projects from initial design through to completion and handover
- Act as the main technical advisor for clients and stakeholders
- Design enterprise AV systems for meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and digital signage
- Work with platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Poly systems
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate internal teams and external AV integrators
- Manage Bills of Materials, vendor quotations, and procurement alignment
- Ensure technical documentation including drawings, as-builts, and test results are completed
- Support installation, commissioning, testing, and user acceptance phases
- Provide troubleshooting support and executive-level end-user assistance
- Maintain AV standards and support future technology roadmap planning
Your Profile
- Experience in AV design, integration, or project management
- Strong background in enterprise AV and unified communications environments
- Knowledge of IP-based AV systems, networking fundamentals, and DSP/control systems
- Experience with Cisco, Poly, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Zoom Rooms
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working under pressure
- AVIXA CTS (CTS-D or CTS-I preferred)
- PMP certification is a plus
