EMEA Channel Sales Lead – CX & AI Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Channel leader to scale a high-growth contact center and AI-driven collaboration business across EMEA.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving partner-led revenue growth, developing go-to-market (GTM) channel strategy, and enabling a strong ecosystem of regional and global partners.

You will play a key role in positioning next-generation AI-powered customer experience solutions across enterprise and mid-market segments, working closely with internal sales, solution, and product teams.

What You’ll Do
You will own the EMEA channel strategy and be responsible for building, enabling, and growing a high-performing partner ecosystem.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on partner engagement and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the EMEA channel strategy for a next-generation contact centre portfolio
  • Build and manage relationships with resellers.
  • Drive channel-led pipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Position solutions within customer experience and UC/CCaaS evaluations
  • Develop and execute partner enablement and go-to-market programmes
  • Manage channel incentives, co-marketing, and partner engagement initiatives
  • Support partners through sales cycles, including pre-sales and deal strategy
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and solution teams
  • Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales engagement through to delivery

About You

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect go-to-market roles
  • Strong background in UC, CCaaS, CX, or AI-driven solutions
  • Experience working with enterprise technology ecosystems and cloud communications
  • Confident engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong relationship builder with a field-driven, partner-first mindset
  • Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
