Sales Manager: UC/AI France

We are partnering with a global vendor in the UCaaS/CCaaS space that is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across France, focusing on an AI-powered collaboration and meeting intelligence portfolio.

This is a strategic, high-impact role with responsibility for developing and executing regional growth plans across enterprise and partner-led sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the Benelux region with a clear growth strategy
  • Drive enterprise sales across AI, UCaaS, collaboration, and productivity solutions
  • Manage a mix of direct enterprise sales and partner/channel-led GTM motions
  • Build and scale regional revenue with significant autonomy
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, and regional sales teams
  • Contribute to the adoption and expansion of AI-led communication technologies

About You

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, UCaaS, or collaboration sales
  • Strong track record in enterprise new business and closing complex deals
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Commercially driven with a strong strategic mindset
