We are partnering with a global vendor in the UCaaS/CCaaS space that is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across France, focusing on an AI-powered collaboration and meeting intelligence portfolio.
This is a strategic, high-impact role with responsibility for developing and executing regional growth plans across enterprise and partner-led sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the Benelux region with a clear growth strategy
- Drive enterprise sales across AI, UCaaS, collaboration, and productivity solutions
- Manage a mix of direct enterprise sales and partner/channel-led GTM motions
- Build and scale regional revenue with significant autonomy
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, and regional sales teams
- Contribute to the adoption and expansion of AI-led communication technologies
About You
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, UCaaS, or collaboration sales
- Strong track record in enterprise new business and closing complex deals
- Experience working with partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
- Fluent in French and English
- Commercially driven with a strong strategic mindset
