Behind every successful event is a well-organised operation. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of it all – coordinating equipment, logistics, and resources to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Whether supporting local productions or large-scale international events, you’ll play a key part in making sure everything is in the right place, at the right time.
The Role
- Plan and coordinate equipment allocation for live events and productions
- Manage external equipment rentals (dry hire)Oversee transport logistics, scheduling deliveries and collections
- Maintain visibility of stock levels and equipment availability
- Source additional equipment from external suppliers when required
- Handle purchasing activities, including supplier negotiation and cost comparisons
About You
- Background in operations, logistics, or coordination (events experience is a plus)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working with suppliers and clients in a professional manner
- Experience using inventory or ERP systems (EasyJob is beneficial but not essential)
- Team-oriented with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Driving licence (Category B) is advantageous
- Fluent German & English
