Axiiotek is proud to partner with a global leader in professional audio solutions to find an experienced and driven Sales Manager for the Installed Sound division in Southern Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected brand at the forefront of innovation in professional and commercial audio. The role focuses on expanding business within key vertical markets.

The successful candidate will take ownership of sales growth across the region – developing relationships with integrators, consultants, and end users while ensuring the company’s products and solutions are the preferred choice for new installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on sales targets and profitability goals within the assigned region.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with system integrators, consultants, and key end users.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits, product presentations, and training sessions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to maximise regional growth.
  • Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments to identify opportunities.
  • Manage demo and loan stock in line with company policy.
  • Provide detailed reporting on customer activity, forecasts, and sales performance.

Skills and experience 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ B2B sales experience within AV, audio, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to grow sales and develop long-term client partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
  • Confident working independently and within a collaborative team structure.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Southern Germany.
  • Fluent German and English.
