Unified Communications Project Manager
A UCC/Cloud specialist integrator is looking for an Experienced Project Manager to join their team in Germany.
The Role
- This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of IT and UC projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget and within scope. We’ll look to you to oversee all aspects of projects and to support our internal teams, ensuring we get it right, first time, every time.
- We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ Project Management experience within the IT industry, who possesses soft skills and strong customer facing skills, specifically around communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
- If you are ITIL and Prince 2 (or equivalent) certified and have knowledge of infrastructure, connectivity, and communications, we would love to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities include
- Drive the successful end-to-end delivery of projects to time, cost and quality criteria.
- Lead on the delivery of IT and UC projects that include Infrastructure, Connectivity and Communications, ensuring successful delivery aligned with both the client’s and business’s expectations.
- Carrying out the core areas of project management including; project definition, planning, scheduling, vendor management, risk assessment, budgeting, change management and project control.
- Creating, maintaining and controlling change throughout the project life cycle.
- Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, ensuring that these are identified, mitigated or escalated as necessary.
- Driving customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvements and working with the team to ensure processes and procedures are both effective and relevant.
The Essentials
- ITIL and Prince 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing technology-based business change projects.
- Experience in the management and delivery of concurrent projects that vary in scale and complexity.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure and Connectivity project delivery.
- Experience of Unified Communications including contact centre, call recording and SIP project delivery.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent German and English

Managing projects with Communications products and services desirable to compliment the product portfolio and mix of products/service which we provide as a customer solution.
Knowledge and experience with Cisco or Microsoft Skype/Teams.
