Our client is a leading global systems integrator specializing in AV/IT fixed installations for enterprise and commercial environments. With a strong presence across Europe and a trusted customer base of global enterprise clients, the company is now expanding into Switzerland with a new office in Zurich.
The Role
As Country Manager, you will take ownership of establishing and growing the Swiss operation. You’ll be responsible for building the local team, managing operations, and driving commercial success. Initially, this will be a hands-on leadership role, overseeing all aspects of business setup, client engagement, and operational delivery, with increasing focus on strategic growth and regional leadership as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Swiss business unit, defining and executing the local strategy in alignment with European and global objectives.
- Take responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, and business planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and local stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, education, and government sectors.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. - Implement processes and best practices to ensure operational excellence and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams in project management, engineering, and service delivery.
- Monitor and manage key KPIs, financial performance, and project margins.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a local team of sales, technical, and support professionals.
- Ensure smooth communication and integration with regional and global teams.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in AV integration, UCC solutions, or IT systems integration, ideally with exposure to enterprise environments.
- Strong management experience in a technical or operational leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Swiss market, business culture, and customer landscape.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in German and English; French is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
