Our client is a leading manufacturer within collaboration and unified communications. They are seeking a motivated individual to join the team immediately.

Responsibilities 

• You will play a pivotal role in the technical planning of media technology projects for our client’s esteemed customers.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, SCM, media technicians, and the service line, you will ensure seamless operations and successful project delivery.
• Defining standards in conjunction with specialist departments, evaluating technology options, creating operating concepts, advising users, and planning state-of-the-art meeting rooms.
• Notifying infrastructure requirements, overseeing integrators, and providing technical conflict resolution, ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and project success
• Conduct comprehensive technology presentations and evaluations for informed decision-making
• Coordinate and communicate infrastructure needs to relevant stakeholders, such as electricity, LAN, and craftsmen.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in technical planning in media solutions
• Proficiency in MS Visio and MS Project
• Knowledge of AutoCad and/or Revit
• A strong customer-centric approach with exceptional service orientation.
• A structured, independent, and problem-solving-oriented work style.
• Fluent in German and England
