Our client is an exciting distributor who is an exclusive partner for leading brands in the market. We are seeking a Service Technician to join the team immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Address service and support inquiries, including complaints and warranty claims
• Repair various AV equipment such as amplifiers, speakers conference  systems plus more.
• Create and prepare estimates for repair services
• Coordinate all communication between customers and manufacturers throughout the process

Requirements:

• Good technical knowledge of AV technology with proficiency in handling electronics, operating systems, and networks
• Education or training as an electronics technician, or in a similar technical field
• Problem-solver with an analytical approach
• Good communicator with a customer-oriented approach
• Fluent German and English (French beneficial)
