Responsibilities

– Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, projectors, screens, displays, sound  systems, and control systems
– Respond in a timely manner to requests
– Offer end-to-end support
– Ensure client satisfaction at all times
– Knowledge of live steaming
– Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies

Requirements

– 3+ years experience in media or event technology
– Good technical knowledge
– Experience with video conferencing
– Fluent German and good English
