Axiiotek is representing a leading live events and technical production company that delivers high-end corporate events, conferences, and brand experiences across Europe.
We’re seeking a skilled Event Technician with a strong audio background to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate event environments. From setting up and operating live sound systems to supporting wider AV operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain audio systems for conferences, hybrid events, and live productions.
- Support the wider technical team with lighting, video, and streaming setups when needed.
- Manage onsite technical delivery to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and venues to meet technical requirements.
- Conduct system checks, troubleshoot issues, and provide quick, reliable solutions during live events.
- Assist with pre-production planning, including equipment preparation and testing.
- Maintain and care for technical equipment, ensuring readiness for each event.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in live events, corporate productions, or AV installations.
- Solid understanding of professional audio systems (e.g., digital consoles, RF systems, PA setups).
- Practical experience with major event audio brands and software (e.g., Yamaha, Shure, QLab, Dante).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills — comfortable in client-facing situations.
- Ability to work under pressure with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
- Flexibility to travel and work onsite across Netherlands and Europe.
- Fluent in Dutch or English (both preferred).
Desirable:
- Broader technical knowledge of lighting, video, and streaming systems.
- Experience working with corporate clients and international production teams.
- Driving licence (Class B).
