We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the team in Italy and lead their presence in the Rome region.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with resellers, acting as their primary point of contact
• Demo new products and provide knowledge on any technical aspects
• Work cross-functionally to continually provide suggestions and improvements across the business
• Lead technical training and troubleshooting on-site
• Overview technical documents and ensure they are updated and correct

Requirements:

• 10+ years AV experience with strong technical knowledge
• Experience with integration and design
• Proven track-record within the industry
• Good communication skills and relationship building
• Native Italian and Fluent English
