Our client is looking for a Lighting or Video Specialist to take technical ownership of your area of expertise. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on know-how with strategic thinking to keep our technology running at the highest level.

Your responsibilities

• Take technical responsibility for lighting or video technology, from material management and maintenance to infrastructure development.
• Inspect, repair, and document equipment while training colleagues and external service providers.
• Develop concepts to ensure smooth technical operations and evaluate our technology from both economic and innovation perspectives.
• Monitor market trends, plan and implement investments, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Advise project managers with your technical expertise, from equipment selection to cross-disciplinary project support.

What you bring

• Completed qualification as Master in Event Technology, Bachelor of Engineering (Event Technology), or equivalent degree.
• Proven expertise in lighting or video technology; SQQ2 (Rigging) qualification is a plus but not essential.
• Strong skills in planning renovations and managing complex investment projects.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern technical standards and a keen eye for new market developments.
• Independent, responsible working style with a calm, service-oriented, and solution-focused approach – even under pressure.
