Sales Specialist – UC & Contact center

The Contact Center Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the regional go-to-market strategy for Contact Center technologies and Artificial Intelligence solutions across France. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, strengthening partner ecosystems, and delivering high-quality commercial and operational outcomes.

Role Scope & Dimensions

  • Develop a sustainable and profitable business across the region using advanced Voice.AI, automation, and digital engagement solutions.
  • Coordinating multiple stakeholders,partners, advisors, clients, and technology teams—to ensure cohesive and high-performing business operations.
  • Achievement of sales targets and operational KPIs
  • Demonstration of professionalism, collaboration, and strategic execution
  • Effective teamwork across regional and international teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute regional commercial strategy for Contact Center and AI solutions.
  • Engage proactively with clients, channel partners, and strategic advisors to create demand and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Contact Center technologies, digital engagement platforms, and AI-driven services.
  • Demonstrate strong SaaS commercial experience, ideally within the Contact Center or CX transformation space.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of telecommunications and digital communications markets.
  • Understand the company’s Contact Center solution portfolio and position it effectively against market needs.
  • Work closely with product and service teams to expand and reinforce a services-led commercial model within the region.
  • Work cohesively with regional sales teams, EMEA leadership, and global product groups to ensure aligned execution.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven success in developing and scaling business within the Contact Center or CX technology space.
  • Experience working within dynamic, competitive AI-driven markets.
  • Ability to respond effectively and professionally to internal and external stakeholders under time pressure.
  • Strong record of collaborating within distributed or virtual teams on complex initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments across the region and beyond.
  • Fluency in French and English.
