We are partnered with an exciting manufacturer who are global leaders in audio-visual products and solutions.  They are an award-winning business who deliver customised solutions to top-tier clients all over the world.

They are seeking a Director of Sales (EMEA) to lead the business in further successes and work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and execute the sales plan
  • Develop and manage key customer accounts and relationships
  • Work closely with distributors, marketing and senior management to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Report on activities and management responsibilities
  • Deliver on the sales strategy and ensure targets are hit
  • Stay up to date on market research and trends
  • Represent the company at the highest level and attend training, events and meetings

Requirements:

  • 10+ years sales experience within audio-visual or similar
  • Hands-on experience managing a team with direct reports
  • Proven-track record with a strong network
  • Can work strategically and achieve targets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Fluent English
  • Flexibility to travel
