We are partnered with an exciting manufacturer who are global leaders in audio-visual products and solutions. They are an award-winning business who deliver customised solutions to top-tier clients all over the world.
They are seeking a Director of Sales (EMEA) to lead the business in further successes and work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and execute the sales plan
- Develop and manage key customer accounts and relationships
- Work closely with distributors, marketing and senior management to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Report on activities and management responsibilities
- Deliver on the sales strategy and ensure targets are hit
- Stay up to date on market research and trends
- Represent the company at the highest level and attend training, events and meetings
Requirements:
- 10+ years sales experience within audio-visual or similar
- Hands-on experience managing a team with direct reports
- Proven-track record with a strong network
- Can work strategically and achieve targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent English
- Flexibility to travel
