We are working with a global client who is seeking an experienced Technician to aid in a key project in Frankfurt. Our partner is a leading systems integrator who develop customised solutions for top-tier clients all over the world. They are also an award winning business with a fantastic reputation in the market.

We are seeking a Servicetechniker Medientechnik to be on-site and be pivotal in ensuring the success and deployment of this key project.

Responsibilities:

• On-site technical support for AV and video conferencing solutions
• Provide fast response to support requests via phone, email and ticket system
• Managing stock, ordering consumables and processing returns
• Installation of control programs (AMX, Crestron etc.)
• Maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels
• Ensure customer success as a priority

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an AV Technician
• Experience in VoIp, Video conferencing and Unified communications
• Strong customer relationship management and building
• Hands-on mentality and pragmatism
• The ability to work independently and stick to timelines
• Fluent in German
