Our client is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in media technology and conference environments. They believe in creating long-term relationships with their clients and are currently seeking a dynamic and personable Technical Sales and Relationship Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:
As the Technical Sales and Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on building and maintaining first-class relationships with IT department heads, ensuring successful sales opportunities within the media technology and conference solutions domain. You will play a central role in providing both operational and strategic advice to customers, responding to technical and sales inquiries, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively advise and sell products and solutions.
  • Develop service concepts, design structures, and monitor service projects.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs agreed with customers.
  • Create, track, and respond to offers.
  • Edit, respond, and track tenders.
  • Provide technology and support for events.
  • Conduct training courses and workshops for users, customers, and internal teams.
  • Implement and support proof of concepts (POCs) and product demonstrations.
  • Acquire new customers and provide support to existing customers.
  • Internal reporting of customer appointments, sales opportunities, and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communicative skills and a charismatic personality.
  • Proven experience in technical sales and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of media technology and conference solutions.
  • Ability to conduct proof of concepts and respond to tenders.
  • Familiarity with service project development and monitoring.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
