From initial customer contact to project conception, calculation, presentation, and execution, you play a pivotal role, in ensuring seamless coordination and leadership of large decentralized and international teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing offers, negotiating and awarding supplier contracts and subcontractor services.
• Coordinating between supplying and executing subcontractors.
• Organizing and executing system acceptance tests.
• Managing decentralized and cross-trade international project teams.
• Implementing risk management strategies.
• Controlling projects (deadlines, quality, costs) and securing receivables.
• Ensuring technical documentation compliance with quality standards.

Your Profile

• Technical education (e.g., event technician) or relevant degree (event technology, event management, civil engineering, architecture).
• Extensive experience in planning and realizing fixed installations.
• Strong customer relations and loyalty-building skills.
• Effective team leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and assertiveness.
• Understanding of complex technical, business, and contractual relationships.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (DIN, VDE, VOB).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Desirable knowledge of AutoCAD, Vectorworks, and Revit.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Fluent in German and English.
