We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Meister für Veranstaltungstechnik with a focus on audio and video to join a specialist Events solutions provider. In this role, you will take responsibility for planning, supervising, and executing a wide range of live, hybrid, and fixed-installation projects, ensuring flawless technical implementation and team coordination.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee technical event productions with a focus on audio and video systems
• Lead setup, operation, and breakdown of AV systems for live events, trade shows, and fixed installations
• Coordinate and supervise technical teams onsite and in pre-production phases
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (DGUV/VStättVO) and technical regulations
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage and maintain AV equipment, perform troubleshooting and ensure technical readiness
• Assist in training junior technicians, apprentices, and freelancers
• Prepare documentation, plans, and reports related to technical production

Your Profile

• Certified Meister für Veranstaltungstechnik, ideally with a focus on audio/video
• Several years of professional experience in live events, broadcasting, or AV installations
• Deep technical knowledge of audio systems (e.g., Dante, digital consoles), video workflows (LED, projection, signal distribution), and media servers
• Confident working with planning tools (e.g., Vectorworks, AutoCAD) and system software
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams in high-pressure environments
• High level of reliability, structured work style, and a hands-on attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work irregular hours as needed
• Fluent in German; English proficiency is an advantage
