In this exciting role, you will take charge of national and international events held at exhibition halls, convention centers, and the iconic venues. With expert technical planning and hands-on execution, you will help bring trade fairs, conventions, and events of all kinds to life.

Your Responsibilities

• Take the lead on technical planning, implementation, and follow-up for both in-house and guest events.
• Act as the responsible person for event technology during events.
• Prepare cost estimates for technical and personnel resources, create offers and invoices, and handle overall event costing.
• Provide technical expertise to support our sales team during the planning phase.
• Plan and coordinate technical setups, modifications, and dismantling processes.
• Oversee procurement, maintenance, and servicing of event technology equipment.
• Participate in the planning of new technical installations, including budgeting and cost control.
• Manage and monitor event-related technical workflows to ensure flawless execution.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an Event Technology Specialist.
• Successfully completed the subject-specific section of the master craftsman exam for event technology.
• Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Confident in using Vectorworks Spotlight and common MS Office programs.
• Clear communicator with assertiveness and team spirit.
• Good command of English and German.
