As a Media Technology Technician, you will be an integral part of their team, responsible for the assembly, repair, and maintenance of various media technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission hardware components, including LED walls, server cabinets, projectors, media controls, and video conferencing systems.
• Each project is unique, offering an exciting and dynamic work environment.
• Independently diagnose and execute repair and maintenance assignments for media technology systems.
• Perform tasks both in the office and in the field, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Your Qualifications:

• Technical education in the field of media technology or a similar career.
• Proficiency in PC usage and MS Office applications, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Team player who collaborates effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in modern media and presentation technology, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
• Possession of a valid category B driver’s license.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented, with a commitment to ongoing skill development.
• Additional skills: Experience in customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a strong team spirit.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German, with knowledge of English being a plus.
