About the Role
Our client is looking for a Project Manager for Event Technology to join our growing team. As they continue to expand our calendar of B2B events, concerts, in-house productions, and cultural programming, they are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to help deliver outstanding technical execution across all event formats.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently plan, coordinate, and manage the technical aspects of events from concept to completion
• Serve as the main point of contact for technical coordination with artists, clients, agencies, and external partners
• Prepare and oversee technical project cost estimates in close collaboration with our Event and Culture teams
• Create technical drawings and project documentation for event operations
• Work with your team to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of all in-house event technology

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in event technology, event management, or a comparable technical field
• Several years of project management experience in a relevant professional setting
• Strong knowledge of event technology standards, safety regulations, and legal guidelines
• Experience with CAD software (ideally Vectorworks) and Easyjob is a plus
• Hands-on mentality, agile working style, and a strong team spirit
• Very good German skills (minimum C1) and fluent English
