As the LED / Large Screen Sales Manager, you will take on a multifaceted role that encompasses the entire sales process within this dynamic field.
Your responsibilities will include
- Orchestrating the complete sales process for LED / large screen solutions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Providing expert technical guidance, support, and fostering the growth of existing clientele within the realm of LED / large screen solutions, specifically within the German sales territory.
- Collaborating with specialist trade partners, planners, and end-users to develop and support projects.
- Skillfully handling contract negotiations, meticulously tracking bids and project progress.
- Serving as a vital link between manufacturers, key account management, and internal sales teams.
- Conducting informative product training and delivering impactful presentations to specialist trade partners, planners, and end-users.
- Carrying out continuous market analysis and evaluations to keep up with industry trends.
- Representing the company at trade fairs and customer events, contributing to its strong industry presence.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A successfully completed training or academic degree, ideally in fields related to AV, IT, sales, or a comparable discipline.
- Substantial experience in field sales, particularly in the sale of technically intricate products within the LED / large screen domain. This should be coupled with a proven track record in project management.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept negotiation abilities, and persuasive argumentation capabilities. Your confident demeanor is instrumental in fostering positive customer relationships.
- High levels of self-motivation, combined with a solution-focused and success-driven approach to tasks.
- Enjoyment in collaborating with others, along with strong teamwork skills that enhance collective efforts.
- A willingness to travel extensively within your sales area (Germany-wide). On average, you can anticipate three to four days of travel each week, complemented by one to two days of home office work.
