AxiioTek is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading systems integrator specializing in innovative media technology for education and corporate environments.

To support their continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative who will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and developing tailored AV solutions for modern learning and working environments.

About the Role
You’ll serve as a trusted partner to existing and prospective clients, providing hands-on consultation and supporting the full sales lifecycle. Your focus will be on interactive learning spaces, digital signage, conference room AV, and media technology integration.

Working closely with in-house departments including project management, technical planning, and internal sales, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience that reflects our clients reputation as a forward-thinking AV specialist.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships.
  • Identify and acquire new customers within the education and corporate sectors
  • Conduct on-site consultations and product demonstrations
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process – from needs analysis to post-project follow-up
  • Review and prepare documentation for public tenders
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams to prepare accurate and timely quotations
  • Monitor market trends and identify regional growth opportunities
  • Plan and execute customer visits, trade show attendance, and demo days
  • Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Represent our client at industry events, trade fairs, and roadshows
  • Build strong relationships with procurement offices and public institutions

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training (field service or technical sales experience preferred)
  • Passion for AV/media technology and digital collaboration tools
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
  • Solid technical understanding of complex products and system integrations
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and mobile technology
