Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market and business unit analyses to identify, assess, and evaluate potential growth areas and customer prospects.
  • Proactively establish and cultivate a new customer base spanning various industries, while integrating your existing network.
  • Recognize, anticipate, and articulate the needs and requirements of potential customers.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Execute sales campaigns, such as trade fair appearances.
  • Compile reports to extract actionable sales insights.
  • Engage in effective communication with customers and colleagues, proficient in both German and English.

Your Qualifications:

  • A successfully completed technical or commercial education, e.g., in electrical engineering, economics, or business administration with a sales focus, or equivalent technical vocational training followed by additional qualifications.
  • Mandatory experience in service distribution, with a preference for experience in developing new business areas.
  • Customer-centric mindset, strong service orientation, high motivation, personal accountability, and result-driven orientation.
  • Possess analytical and strategic thinking, complemented by a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, and excellent language proficiency in both German and English.
  • Unrestricted willingness to travel.
