We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead several teams and ensure smooth successful project implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate technical teams and managers
• Oversee both technical and financial operations and ensure targets are met
• Work cross-functionally with many other departments to ensure streamlined integration and processes
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
• Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring successful delivery projects
• Keep documentation up-to-date to comply with relevant industry and business standards

Requirements:

• 4+ years Operations Management
• Extensive experience within the audiovisual industry and a proven track-record
• Hands-on knowledge of audiovisual construction project management
• Experience with P&L responsibility
• Fluent German and English
