For the Frankfurt region we are seeking a skilled Medientechniker (m/f/d) to join the growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and co-ordination of projects for LED signage
• Maintain and troubleshoot as the main contact for problem-solving with customers
• Operating of equipment on-site and during events
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical and safety documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a media technician
• Strong technical knowledge of LED products
• Good communication skills and willing to be customer-facing
• Problem-solver with the ability to think quickly
• Fluent German and English
