AxiioTek is partnering with a prominent event service provider to recruit a professional, customer-focused Event Technician to support a luxury 5-star hotel partner.In this onsite role, you’ll collaborate closely with the hotel’s events team to ensure every meeting, conference, award ceremony, and intimate concert is delivered flawlessly and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and dismantle a full range of AV and event technology, including audio, lighting, video, staging, and conference equipment.
- Support a diverse portfolio of events, from small boardroom meetings to large-scale corporate functions.
- Work directly with clients and hotel staff to understand event needs and deliver the best technical solutions.
- Ensure all equipment is presented, operated, and maintained to premium 5-star standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally during live events.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment in all event and backstage areas.
Experience and skills
- Experience as an Event Technician or AV Technician (hotel, corporate, or live event environments preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a polished, customer-service–driven approach.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and consistently deliver flawless event execution.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for creating memorable event experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Fluent German and English.
