Account Manager – AV System Integration

AxiioTek is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised systems integrator, renowned for delivering world-class AV integration projects for top global brands and FTSE 1000 organisations. Known for their deep technical competency – from consultancy and design through to installation, support, and long-term maintenance.

They are expanding their enterprise sales team and seeking a high-performing Account Manager.

Role Overview
The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving both new business (new logo acquisition) and strategic account growth within an assigned enterprise portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to major organisations, guiding them through AV and workplace technology decisions that impact their global communications, hybrid work strategies, and technical standards.

This role suits a commercially driven, relationship-focused professional with strong knowledge of AV integration and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Success & Account Development
  • Manage, expand, and retain a portfolio of enterprise accounts across multiple sectors.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, roadmap alignment, and future requirements.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout all stages of design, deployment, and service.
  • New Business Acquisition
  • Identify and secure new enterprise clients across the region, targeting high-value, multi-site organisations.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Position the organisation’s AV and collaboration solutions as strategic enablers for digital transformation and hybrid work.
  • Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
  • Work closely with global engineering, design, project management, and managed services teams.
  • Support scoping, solution design, and technical workshops with customers.
  • Ensure effective handover from sales to delivery to guarantee project clarity, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support multi-region and multinational deployments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pro AV technologies: videoconferencing, control systems, DSPs, LED, digital signage, networked AV, cloud collaboration platforms, and workplace technology trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, executive briefings, and client presentations.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Successful track record in Account Management or Business Development within AV Integration, UC, Collaboration, or IT Solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level or multinational clients is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to win new business while nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to manage complex, technically detailed opportunities with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • Fluent German and English
