Our client is a leader in modern workspace solutions with top-tier products and solutions delivered to clients across the globe. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to based in Europe (multiple locations) and assist in business growth across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and keep up-to-date with their needs
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Promote renewals and upsell of products
  • Consult and advise on workplace solutions
  • Continually aim to achieve the clients goal and ensure success
  • Work cross-functionally across the business with sales, marketing and development
  • Plan and execute KPI’s with data-driven analysis

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Customer Success Management
  • Experience with SaaS preferable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven track-record achieving revenue targets
  • Fluent in English plus 2 other languages: German, Dutch, French or Italian
