They are looking for an experienced technician who’s familiar with working in a commercial environment and dealing with fixed installations for a single customer site in Hamburg.

As an on-site technician you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and service of a diverse range of audio-visual and communications equipment on a single client site. The environment will be commercial/corporate, and this opportunity would best suit an experienced technician who’s confident working in busy meeting/conference rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• To install, maintain and service AV hard/software to around 200 rooms on a single site
• Ensure knowledge and understanding for technology and equipment is current and up to date
• Conduct training to ensure any knowledge gaps are filled
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and colleagues who will be conducting upgrades
• Provide support with meeting and conference rooms
• Fixed any issues and overcome problems quickly and effectively

Requirements:

• At least three years’ experience as an AV Technician
• Fluent German speaker
• Comfortable/familiar working in a corporate/commercial environment
• A high level of technical knowledge and an experience problem solver
• Previously dealt with AMX and/or Crestron
