We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to deliver audio-visual systems across commercial construction and fit-out projects in Dubai. This role will manage AV projects end-to-end, working closely with clients, main contractors, consultants, and installation teams to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full AV project lifecycle from design review to handover
- Coordinate with main contractors, MEP teams, and consultants on fit-out sites
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction, HSE, and site regulations
- Oversee AV installation, commissioning, testing, and client handover
- Manage project budgets, timelines, variations, and reporting
- Lead and support AV installation teams and subcontractors
Requirements
- AV project management within construction / fit-out
- Strong knowledge of AV systems (VC, control systems, audio, displays, AV over IP)
- Experience working on live construction sites in the UAE
- Ability to read AV, architectural, and MEP drawings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- AVIXA CTS-I / CTS-D
- Project Management certification (PMP / Prince2)
- HSE / NEBOSH / IOSH certification
