We are seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to aid in expanding the regions in the Middle East and Africa to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the current customer base an ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Acquire new business and relationships through phone and market mapping
- Engage with customers to ensure their requirements are met throughout projects and to obtain leads for new projects
- Work collaboratively with the entire team
- Utilize your strong negotiation skills to win projects
- Oversee solutions end-to-end from contract creation to delivery
Requirements:
- 3+ years in sales, AV experience would be preferable but is not essential
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and developing a customer base
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good technical understanding
- Flexibility to travel
- Fluent Arabic and English
