Role Overview:
- Monitoring resource consumption, requirements, and project status
- Implementing cost of personnel and project planning
- Developing project goals and plans, coordinating team efforts for timely execution
- Overseeing project progression, identifying risks, and troubleshooting issues
- Generating reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines
- Managing customer communication and satisfaction
- Improve processes and highlight opportunities to enhance efficiency
Candidate Profile:
- Commercial/technical training (at least 3 years of relevant experience or a degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering)
- Knowledge of audio, video, or conference technology
- Extensive familiarity with project management tools and methods
- Strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and self-motivation
- Organizational prowess and resilience to stress
- Ability to swiftly identify and resolve potential problems
- Class B driving license (German)
