Role Overview:

  • Monitoring resource consumption, requirements, and project status
  • Implementing cost of personnel and project planning
  • Developing project goals and plans, coordinating team efforts for timely execution
  • Overseeing project progression, identifying risks, and troubleshooting issues
  • Generating reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines
  • Managing customer communication and satisfaction
  • Improve processes and highlight opportunities to enhance efficiency

Candidate Profile:

  • Commercial/technical training (at least 3 years of relevant experience or a degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering)
  • Knowledge of audio, video, or conference technology
  • Extensive familiarity with project management tools and methods
  • Strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and self-motivation
  • Organizational prowess and resilience to stress
  • Ability to swiftly identify and resolve potential problems
  • Class B driving license (German)
