Our global client is an exciting provider in the events space who specialise in crafting memorable experiences for their clients. They deliver complex projects on a large scale within live events, semi and permanent installations. With a vast client portfolio the projects expand from museums, digital art, sensory experiences, exhibitions and many more!

They are seeking an Account Manager in Munich to grow their dynamic team and assist in developing the current client portfolio to further excel in delivering high-quality multi-sensory experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Win, develop and build new customer relationships within the audio-visual and construction space
  • Nurture existing relationships and seek growth opportunities
  • Understand clients needs and aspirations to ensure successful implementations
  • Prepare, propose and negotiate contracts and presentations
  • Develop strategies for development and business growth
  • Market analysis and research to identify emerging opportunities to remain competitive
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing and technical experts to align strategies to ensure needs are met

Requirements 

  • 3+ years experience in Account Management within the audio-visual industry
  • Proven track-record and network
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage KOL’s
  • Ability to negotiate and understand contracts
  • Highly motivated with a hands-on mentality
  • Flexible to travel
  • Fluent in German and English
