As a Solutions Architect in Media Technology, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced technical solutions for international projects, with a particular focus on conference and control room environments. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed successfully – on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
You are a confident communicator with a strong understanding of current broadcast, AV, and IT technologies, and you stay informed about emerging trends and market developments.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret customer requirements in the field of media technology, particularly for conference and control centre solutions
- Design and develop integrated technical concepts covering audio, video, and control systems
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, supporting presentations and responding to client queries
- Contribute to overall project success with shared responsibility for timelines, quality, and budget
- Prepare and manage technically complex tenders and proposals
- Support projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from concept and planning to implementation and commissioning
- Coordinate closely with clients, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Perform technical commissioning of AV and IT systems, including troubleshooting and optimisation
- Oversee system testing, commissioning processes, and ongoing performance monitoring
- Track industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative and future-proof solutions
Your Profile
- Degree in Media Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification, with several years of relevant professional experience
- Ideally experienced in conference and control centre technology environments
- In-depth knowledge of professional audio, video, and control systems (e.g. Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, Biamp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of current media technologies, standards, and IT integration
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to continuously learn
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent Dutch and English – French a nice to have.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
